uBlock and YouTube have been regularly updating to counteract each other's counteractions for the past few weeks (at least, in my branch of the A/B rollout). Force refreshing the filters has usually fixed the issue for me. There's also a pinned thread on the subreddit with troubleshooting issues.

I rarely use YouTube on my computer these days anyway, I mainly use NewPipe.
