Just to clarify, Microsoft does not issue a certificate for individual exams like 70-483. Certificates are only granted when you complete a full certification track. Exam 70-483 was part of the now-retired MCSA: Web Applications and MCSA: Universal Windows Platform certifications. To receive a certificate, candidates had to pass multiple required exams within one of those tracks. Since those programs were retired on January 31, 2021, certificates are no longer issued for that path.
However, the transcript and badge you’ve already downloaded are the official records of your exam achievement. These can be shared to showcase your skills.
To access or download your transcript again, go to the Microsoft Certification Dashboard, and click on “View Transcript”. From there, you can download it as a PDF or share it securely.
