At Intel, you don't need permission to lead. Narimane is living proof that taking initiative, continuously learning, and making connections can unlock huge opportunities. Narimane is a process technology design engineer in Intel's Foundry Technology Manufacturing, but her career began in 2010 as a contractor in Munich, Germany. In 2014, she officially joined Intel in Oregon as a computer-aided design (CAD) engineer. From the outset, her approach has been guided by a desire to learn and to understand the grand scheme of things, and not just how to do her role. “I've always been curious to map the bigger picture to what I'm doing,” she says. Rather than waiting for opportunities to come her way, she has proactively sought teams and projects where she could contribute and learn, building her career step-by step-through networking and taking initiatives. She attributes her success to strong mentorships that helped chart her career path and, joining the Technical Women at Intel Employee Resource Group which grew her network and propelled her career. Her advice to others? 1. Get involved, seek mentorship and take ownership. 2. If there's a need, don't wait - fix it. 3. Gain new skills by getting involved in new opportunities. #IAmIntel

What if every drop of herbicide, pesticide or water applied to a field went exactly where it was needed, and nowhere else? Ohio, long at the heart of American agriculture, is now leading its future. At The Ohio State University’s 2,000-acre research farm, students are using Intel-powered AI to spot-spray individual crops, reducing chemical use by up to 75%. That means less waste, cleaner water and lower costs. The future of how we eat hinges on smarter farming — and Ohio is showing what's possible with Intel-powered AI.
