Relocates a highly available VIP (HAVIP) (used for highly available NFS exports) to another node in a cluster.
Note:
This command is only available with Oracle Clusterware.
Use the srvctl relocate havip
command with the following syntax:
srvctl relocate havip -id havip_name [-node node_name] [-force]
