Starts node-level applications on a node or all nodes in the cluster.
Note:
This command is only available with Oracle Clusterware.
Use the srvctl start nodeapps command with the following syntax:
srvctl start nodeapps [-node node_name] [-gsdonly] [-adminhelper] [-verbose]
